TVS Athlete (the "App") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users, particularly children who use the App to provide feedback to their coaches. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of feedback from children:

1. Training Session Feedback: Includes responses about injury status, enjoyment level, perceived difficulty.
2. Daily Well-Being Feedback (submitted the day after a training session): Includes responses about recovery status, motivation levels, sleep quality.

All feedback is provided in numerical form (a score from 1 to 10), with the option for additional notes.

2. How We Use the Data

• The feedback is shared with the child's coach to help monitor the child's wellbeing and performance.
• The data may also be shared with other invited coaches within the group for training planning and care purposes.

3. Who Can Access the Data

• Coaches: Only invited and verified coaches have access to the data. Public access is not permitted.
• Administrators: App administrators may access the data to manage and maintain the App, but only as needed.

4. How We Protect Your Data

• We use secure methods to store and transmit data.
• Only authorized coaches and administrators can access the data.
• Coach accounts are by invitation only and strictly managed.

5. Children's Privacy

We are aware of the sensitive nature of children's data. We:

• Limit the information collected to what is necessary for feedback purposes.
• Do not use the data for advertising or external purposes.
• Do not share the data outside the group of invited coaches.

6. Parental Consent

By using the App, parents or guardians consent to the collection and use of their child's data as described in this policy.

7. Data Retention

Feedback is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose and support training management. If requested by a parent or coach, we will delete specific data records.
